Alongside performing professionally as a singer and pianist, Emily is a voice and piano teacher, vocal coach, YOGABODY® breathing coach and certified life coach. With many years of experience touring the world in both musical theatre and the music industry, she is dedicated to helping other singers navigate their instrument and their industry. Passionate about voice science, Emily works with singers to develop a true understanding of their voice - how it works, what it is fully capable of, and how to keep it in great shape.

In her music mentorship program, young professionals can work with Emily not just on their voice, but also on their performance, audition material, musicianship, piano skills, and career goals.

Previous clients include major label signed recording artists, working both one-to-one and in the rehearsal studio as a vocal director. Emily was also on the voice faculty at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy College and Conservatory in Hollywood, as well as various schools in the London, Los Angeles and Nashville areas.

“Working with Emily was easily the best investment I’ve made for my career thus far. My voice has never been stronger. She helped me find a new sense of confidence in both my musical and personal life. Her ability to teach is truly incredible. I would recommend her as a coach to anyone. She is a treasure chest of knowledge (and so much fun)!”

“I used to be very shy when it came to singing in front of people but Emily made feel extremely comfortable and her voice lessons were always a safe space for me.”

“I met Emily over ten years ago at 13 years old. Since then, Emily has helped me become a better singer, songwriter, artist and human. As a teenager, my lessons with her were easily the best parts of my week. Because of my work with her, I’ve been able to utilize my vocal skills in a meaningful way to attend a highly regarded music school and become a music therapist. Emily is not only a fantastic, knowledgable and engaging voice teacher but also an empathic, kind and passionate human being. I hope everyone has an Emily in their life.”
